At CarGarantie, we have made it our goal to provide you with the best-possible service on everything that relates to your warranty. Below, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions with answers. If your question is not listed, please contact our ServiceCenter.

We welcome every new partner. Simply e-mail us your contact details to servicecenter(at)cargarantie.com and one of our sales representatives will respond immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot send you any written information in advance.

Simply send us a quick e-mail to servicecenter(at)cargarantie.com stating your dealer number or order them over the phone on +49 (0) 761 4548 260.

Please click on the “Forgot password” button. A new password will be generated immediately and forwarded to the e-mail address you have registered with us. For reasons of privacy and data protection, we are unfortunately not allowed to provide this information over the phone.

Only your in-house supervisor is entitled to do this. The supervisor has been assigned the “Administration” button on CGWEBline. New staff members can be added and ineligible users can be removed by clicking on “Manage users”.

No, we need to receive this information in writing by e-mail, fax or post.

Yes, you can sell warranties to customers if they register a vehicle within the EU, Liechtenstein, in Switzerland or Norway.
