Top marks in dealer satisfaction

CarGarantie has completed the Europe-wide dealer satisfaction survey launched in 2023 and analysed the results. With the latest results from Germany and Austria, the complete results from numerous European countries are now available, including Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Spain. In all countries surveyed, CarGarantie achieved an average score of more than 4 out of 5 stars*.

Respondents were particularly satisfied with the CarGarantie product portfolio, which received an average rating of 4.55 out of a possible 5 stars. This result illustrates how important it is for the industry to have marketable products that are precisely tailored to their needs and continuously developed. CGWEBline, the online platform for concluding and managing CarGarantie products, and CGClaimsWeb, the platform for reporting and processing claims, also received very good scores of 4.49 and 4.42 stars respectively. The results were consistent across Europe, with only minor deviations between the individual countries – a result of CarGarantie's consistent international focus.

High satisfaction with service, claims processing, and sales
The focus on service quality is also reflected in the CustomerService and claims processing. The competence of the service teams, satisfaction with enquiries and concerns, general claims management and the friendliness and expertise of our warranty claims handlers were rated with an average of around 4.5 to 4.6 stars. The quality of advice provided by the CarGarantie sales team, which attaches particular importance to local expertise and on-site advice, even received 4.75 stars.

Winner of the "Best Brands 2024"
The survey results are not the only confirmation of CarGarantie's quality: CarGarantie was recently awarded the title of "Best Brand" in the "Used Car Warranties" category for the sixth time, making it one of the most popular brands in the automotive industry. The award was presented in a total of 14 product categories by the market research institute puls, which conducted a survey based on a representative sample of 500 AUTOHAUS and asp readers.

Winning Best Brands and the results of the survey make it clear that CarGarantie is a premium partner for dealers and manufacturers.
